Social Media Youth Strategist
Brief Role Summary : The core function of the role will be to develop and implement a social media strategy that enables us to grow and diversify our engagement with LGBT+ youth and youth workers of colour as well as to meet our core work targets. The role also includes creating content for and administering all Colours Youth Network social media accounts, as well as managing communication with young people, youth workers and the wider sector through our online platforms.
In light of the nature of this position, we consider the candidate’s sexuality, gender identity and race to be a Genuine Occupational Requirement in accordance with the Equality Act 2010. Contract: Freelance, 7 hours a week, 6 months
Rate: £22 per hour
Location: Online, plus occasional team meetings and youth events in London, Bradford, Manchester, Birmingham
